wolf family - Bow Valley Parkway, Banff National Park

I live at Johnston Canyon in Banff National Park. The Bow Valley Wolf Pack lives along the bow valley and frequents the Parkway and area as they move up and down the wildlife corridor. One early morning I took this photo of this family of wolves with 5 pups - the mother had been euthanized by Park Wardens as she was becoming too reliant on human foods. The pack then took up the role to raise the pups with her. The single picture of the wolf was female wolf in perfect pose on the Bow Valley Parkway
